Kenneth Ellison Obituary
Kenneth William "Kenny" Ellison, 68, of Littlestown, PA, died Monday, December 21, 2015, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Littlestown. Born April 30, 1947 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Charles William Ellison Sr. and Hattie Cable Ellison. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Judy E. Ellison. Before retiring, he worked 42 ½ years for CSX Railroad. He was currently a driver for Diana's Limo Service. He was a member and past president of the Littlestown Lions Club, served in the Army Reserves, enjoyed camping, auctions, antiquing and loved his daughter and granddaughters. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter Michelle E. Hess and husband Corey of Taneytown, sisters Etheline Tracey of Westminster, Christine Palmisano and husband Joel of Westminster, granddaughters Kayla M. and Kelly A. Hess of Taneytown. He was predeceased by his brother Charles W. "Bud" Ellison Jr. and 2 nephews Kevin Tracey and Charles W. "Chuck" Ellison III. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main St., Westminster with Pastor Timothy Kielley of New Hope Faith Community, officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be sent to the family to help with medical and funeral expenses, c/o Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster, MD 21157.

I am so deeply saddened to read of the death of Kenneth. I was a Tech at the dialysis center and got to know him very well. I am an Aunt to Ben and Brad Wolf and we shared many wonderful conversations about my family. What a warm and wonderful man. I was so thrilled that he received a kidney and was able to stop dialysis even though he was missed. We both found out what a small world it truly is in the fact that he received his kidney from the husband of the physical therapit I was seeing for a foot injury. My deepest sympathy to his family.
