Steven D. "Shakie" Warehime

Steven "Shakie" D. Warehime, 64, of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born December 25, 1959 in Westminster, he was the son of the late Joan Irene Shaffer Cumberland and Robert Preston Cumberland Jr. He was the beloved husband of Terri Lyons Warehime, his wife of 16 years. Shakie worked in construction for 40 years and was the owner of Warehime Construction Company. He was an avid fisherman but his true joy was motorcycles. Shakie was a proud member of the Chosen Sons Motorcycle Club for over 20 years, enjoying rides and events with his club Brothers. Over the years, he held several offices, from Road Captain to President. His love for motorcycles was more than just a hobby; it was a way of life for Shakie and Terri. Surviving in addition to his wife and father is his daughter Danielle E. Warehime; grandsons Joshua and Cameron Warehime; brothers Craig Warehime and Timothy (Linda) Warehime; and cherished dog companion Bitsy. He was preceded in death by brothers Dennis and Michael Warehime. The family will welcome friends on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 5pm to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, MD. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11am at the funeral home, with one hour of visitation prior to the beginning of the service. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery, Westminster.
