Nancie Lee Riggers, 78

Nancie Lee Riggers, (78) passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 2, 2024 due to complications associated with Metastatic Renal Cancer.

Born April 20, 1946 to Willa and Amos Upham, Nancie lived the life of an only child in the Lewis Clark Valley of Idaho. Nancie attended high school at Lewiston High and graduated with her LPN at Walla Walla Community college in 1978.

Nancie is survived by her children Tracy Moitoza (William), John Riggers (Cheryl), and Kristin Liberty (Steve); grandchildren Chelsie, Lacie, Kurt, Matthew, Troy, Chance, Marissa, Madison, Zachary, and Daniel; great-grandchildren Dayton, Aspynn, Andrea, Parker, and Korra. She was preceded in death by her mother Willa Blinzler, and her daughter Andrea Olson.

Mom will be remembered for her lifelong dedication to walking alongside those suffering with addiction. She knew Jesus Christ as her savior and worked her AA program with dedication daily, up to the very end. She will be missed dearly by many. Private services will be held for her immediate family and closest friends.

My first memory of Nancie, Gary and I had just been married and we were at our reception. This very nice lady came up to me and said "welcome to the family". That was Nancie, I will never forget her kindness
