Richard Otis Obituary
Mr. Otis was a member of Salem Baptist Church and the "Mall Walkers," both in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He loved fishing in the Outer Banks, tending to his lawn and woodworking. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a dedicated Jeff Gordon supporter.
He is survived by his daughter, Lynn Finn (Jim) of Louisa; grandchildren, Shannon Abbott, Tommy Abbott, Thomas F. Keating (Missy) and J. Michael Finn (Shilpa); four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and three siblings.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being made by Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa.
