Brian Lowery Obituary

Brian P. Lowery
January 29, 1981 - April 25, 2021
Bellefonte, Pennsylvania - Brian P. Lowery, 40, of Bellefonte, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Born on January 29, 1981 in Phoenix, AZ on Luke Air Force Base, he was the son of the late Phillip A. Lowery and Roxanne M. (Soltis) Rishel of Lemont.
Brian was a 1999 graduate of State College High School and earned his associates degree in photography from the Art Institute of Seattle. Many may know Brian from working at various places throughout the county but especially as a cook at Brother's Pizza in Stormstown or the food truck with Taco, Inc.
Brian was a man that loved to cook and liked to dabble in woodworking. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially taking his son, David, on camping trips and "roughing" it in tents. He would sometimes allow David to join him on the food truck and be Dad's helper for the day. He was a caring and loving family man that would take the time out of each day to call his mother, just to check in on her and help her around the house as much as he could. He loved his children more than anything else and they meant the world to him.
Along with his mother, Brian is survived by three children, David M. Lowery, James E. Lowery, and Emma I. Lowery.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, Phillip, who passed away in 2015.
There will be no services for Brian at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Inc 228 S. Pennsylvania Ave., PO Box 579, Centre Hall, PA 16828. An online guest book can be signed or condolences to the family available at www.daughenbaughfuneralhome.com.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. Brian was a great father to his children and he loved cooking, I often told him He should be a caterer. How he told me his love for animals came from his mom. When he was 4 he told me he used to ride his Saint Bernard Dog like a horse. I know he deeply loved his mother very much and loved David and James and Emma so much. He wanted nothing but the best for them. I'm so deeply sorry . His children and mother will never forget him and carry on there Memories Forever.

We have a lot of funny and happy memories of Brian. We had so many good times growing up together in Stormstown, camping and sitting by the fire. Brian always had a big smile and his laugh was contagious! Our lives will not be the same without him. Love and prayers Roxanne, David, James and Emma.
