Dr. Joseph Leonard "Joe" Hammack

Dr. Joseph "Joe" Leonard Hammack Dr. Joseph "Joe" Leonard Hammack, Jr. died Friday, September 10, 2004. He was the son of the late Joseph Leonard Hammack, Sr. and Ella Frances Coggins Hammack Melton. He was the husband of Diane Henderson for sixteen years. He was a professor of Mathematics at Penn State University. Survived by his wife, sons Jom Hammack and Fiancee Heather Day and Knox Hammack, daughter Joanna Hammack. Preceded in death by parents and stepfather Charles Melton. The funeral service will be held Wednesday September 15, 2004 at 2:00pm at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8pm.
