He is survived by four children Diane (Jim) Heckman of Hublersburg, Ken Truckenmiller of Ft. He also loved lapidary, making beautiful jewelry out of gemstones and rocks that he collected, oftentimes gifting or selling his creations to family and friends. He was even generous enough to donate some of his collection to the Earth and Mineral Science Museum of Penn State. Willard also found joy in admiring nature with many years of camping and even traveling and camping out west.
