Lucious Dunmeyer Obituary

Lucious Dunmeyer, Jr. RANTOWLES, SC - The relatives and friends of Mr. Lucious Dunmeyer, Jr., are invited to attend his funeral service 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Mt. Olivet RE Church, 4283 Hwy 17S. Rev. Namon Perkins is the pastor. Interment will follow at Jordan Baptist Church Cemetery. There will not be a Wake Service. Visitation for Mr. Dunmeyer is 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and from 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon on Wednesday at the church. His loving memory will be kept by his six children: Tony Bernard Dunmeyer of Johns Island, SC, Ottis Ulysses Dunmeyer of North Charleston, SC, Orlantha (Lisa) Dunmeyer of Ravenel, SC, Troy Sheldon Dunmeyer of Ravenel, SC, Lucious Garfield Dunmeyer, III of North Charleston and Nickera Marthia Pinckney of North Charleston, SC; nine loving grandchildren Tonisha Bradley, Anthony Simmons Dunmeyer, Brittany Simmons Dunmeyer, Trevelle Jermaine Dunmeyer, Kabreshia Camay Dunmeyer, Dynarious Troy Dunmeyer, Raekwon J. Dunmeyer, Da'Mayisha S. Dunmeyer and Adrianna Pinckney; one brother, Robert (Gloria) Dunmeyer of James Island, SC and two widowed sisters-in-law, Edna Mae Dunmeyer of Charleston, SC and Dorothy Dunmeyer of Hollywood, SC; twelve dear nieces, Dorothy Mae Dunmeyer, a very devoted Betty Jean Dunmeyer, Mary Ann Cobbs, Annette Green, Rosemary Milligan, Lydia Frasier, Cheryl Pringle, Coretha Burnell, Bonita Dunmeyer, Grace Brown, DeAnna Wilson and Dorothy Dunmeyer; twelve special nephews, Frank Mitchell, Wayne Mitchell, John Givens, Thomas Givens, Lewis Givens, Glenn Givens, Robert Dunmeyer, Jr., Allen Dunmeyer, Michael Dunmeyer, Stanford Dunmeyer, Douglas Dunmeyer and Benjamin Dunmeyer; a host of grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives and friends. Billy had a very devoted grandniece, Darlene Dunmeyer-Roberson of Manassas, Virginia. Friends may visit at 4332 Royal Harbor Rd.
