He was a good friend to my father in the DemocraticRepublic of Congo, he supported my father when he was mentally, spiritually and financially stuck and when we moved to Uganda he helped me and my family from Tajikistan Because my father was missing... Now I am in Clarkston Georgia with my family I would love to visit his tomb and honor him one day because of his love, support and kindness towards my father,me and the rest of my family! What an absolute blessing and gift from God this fine man was. As a child I remember and loved his whole family as my cousins attended Good Hope and also worked for the Evans's at the Drug Store, and Miss Elsie was my Nursery/Sunday School Teacher at Good Hope Presbyterian. Strong family ties with the Evans family and many wonderful memories as Charles and my eldest Brother Carl Dillard were contemporaries. The last time I saw Charles he asked after my brother kindly. He left us all the better for having lived among us all and wherever he went. Mama Patsy, and brothers Carl, Seldon, Richard and I send our deepest sympathies. The Ward/Allen family.

Charles was my best friend ever. We literally grew up together from the time we were babies in the nursery at church. He and I tormented our teachers all the way to graduation by contantly talking and laughing. I cherish his memory
