Charlotte, North Carolina - Donna Gebhardt Douglas, 70, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away November 21, 2022. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Charles Joseph and Betty Jean Gebhardt.
Donna is survived by her loving husband, David Allen Douglas, brother Chuck Gebhardt and sister-in-law Ginger Gebhardt, children David Allen Douglas Jr and Dusti Douglas Jensen, and grandchildren Everest Brooks Jensen, Rhodes Douglas Jensen, Shepherd Samuel Jensen, and Brendan Charles Douglas.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by grandson Lazarus Jett Jensen. While family was her primary interest, she was also passionate about volunteering, helping others, serving as a GAL, baking, teaching, lake life, RVing, flying, and her beloved dogs.
The family will receive friends from 10am to 11am on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service, 1111 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203, with services following at 11am in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in Sharon Memorial Park.
