Matthews, North Carolina - Frances Kinsey Pate, widow of Donald R. Pate, died Feb. 16, 2023 in Matthews, NC, at age 97. Survivors include daughter Nancy Pate, son Kinny Pate (Ann), grandson Don Pate (Kim), granddaughter Kinsey Schultz (Matt), great grandson Eli Pate. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. April 17 at Edisto Island United Methodist Church, committal 2:30 p.m. Live Oak Cemetery, Walterboro, SC. Arrangements by Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home.
