I should wrote on this a long time ago but sadly I didn't. Jimmie I miss you with all my heart and wish to see you one more time. I know your in heaven and that's the good part. Diana and jonny I'm so so sorry this tragedy happend. I have been pretty upset today. I was wantif to go sledding and I just remembered going sledding with my siblings and jimmie and jonny. I cannot express how much I miss jimmie and how much y'all miss him too! I really wish you luck. We will always remember jimmies beautiful smile and funny pranks. I love you.

The loss of a child is oh so difficult. Words of condolence are difficult for me to formulate. Please be comforted by the fact that God cares.. He says "I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears" 2 Kings 20:5.

To the Furr family - I just want you all to know how heavy our hearts have been since we heard the news of Jimmie's passing. My oldest son, Caleb is friends with Jonny and my middle son, Collin was Jimmie's friend. Collin has spoken of Jimmie often and talked about how he loved to make people laugh. Jimmie was such a good boy and will be missed by so many. He left this world way too soon but he has left an impact on so many, young and old, and his legacy will remain in the hearts of those he touched. We will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Praying for strength and peace for all of you during this difficult time.

I used to go to mint hill middle school and its hard to believe that someone that innocent and young can be taken from this life so quickly. I'm soooo sorry for your loss u may not know me but i go to mint hill middle in 7th grade and I cried when I heard the news it's very sad but God needed him in heaven none of us know why yet but there was something special about Jimmie that Jesus saw, something different from all the others. I know it's hard to believe but those 14 years of jimmies life God has been building this relationship with Jimmie that grew every day at the same time God was building this beautiful place for him knowing that he was a sinner just like all of us God never stopped for him. Though Jimmie didn't have as long of a life as some of us I'm sure he lived it to the fullest not ever expecting for eternal life in heaven he got it anyways unfortunately I never got the chance to meet this wonderful kid I felt I had lost my brother when I got the news reading this made me have stronger faith in God my prayers go to everyone that was hurt during this and god bless his wonderful parents for raising him in a Christian home.
