Henderson, Nevada - Joseph William Willis, 81, a devout man of faith – was called home on Nov. 5, 2021.
Born in Toluca of Cleveland Co, NC, he resided in Henderson NV at the time of his passing. An alumnus of Gardner-Webb and NC State University, Joe was employed 29 years at Duke Energy as a Director of QA Operations. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. For many years he served as the moderator of the Men's Bible Study at Green Valley Presbyterian Church.
Joe was predeceased by his parents Fern and Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Jann Hoffecker Willis; his children Deborah Willis Williams and Michael David Willis; his grandchildren Michael and Meghan; his siblings Janet, Gerald and Patricia.
