Leslie,
I was so sorry to hear of your mom's death. She was one of the first folks we met when dad(Fred Thornburg) and I started coming to the Dover/Thornburg Reunions regularly about 10 years ago. I always looked forward to seeing her each year and talking to her. I really missed her last year. She had such a great sense of humor. I pray God will be you and your family in the days ahead.

I just happened to take a look at the obituaries online today (old habit from working in the former NCNB Trust Department). I am sincerely sorry to hear about Mrs. Tate. I remember her GREAT sense of humor and down to earth attitude. As I recall she kept us laughing with her jokes about it being 5 o'clock "somewhere". My prayers are with you all at this time.
