I hope Suzanne's children remember me, Janet from Chicago. Many years ago, I worked with Eugene Smith at JCAH. I visited the family in Charlotte a few times and have many fond memories. I'm very sorry for your loss not only of your mother, but of your grand-parents, Eugene and Vera. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always be grateful to Sue for the leadership and guidance she gave to many of us as new supervisors at the Nalle Clinic. Her door was always open and she always had time to listen. God Bless
You, Sue!

Had an appointment this morning with cardiologist Dr. Emmet Mathews. I told him of Sue's passing. He asked that I send his sincerest condolences to the Savard family. He remembered Sue while she was at the Nalle Clinic.

Dear Marc and family,
My sincerest sympathy on your loss.
Sue was a wonderful person and she put up a great fight. I hope after the pain of your loss has eased, you will be able to remember all the good and happy times.

Dear Marc, Sandy, and all the Savards: Your family and all of us who had the privilege to know Suzie have lost a little of ourselves in the loss of her. She lit up a room just by entering, and we'd like to think that's exactly what she's doing now in heaven. We loved having her as a good friend and classmate since our high school days, and we're so grateful that she had one last good visit with us in Savannah for St. Patrick's Day this year.
Please accept our heartfelt condolences on her death. May her enduring strength guide you through this difficult time.
Love, Ellen and Al Taber

Ken and I returned from the beach only to learn about Sue too late to attend on Sunday night. She was a very witty and bubbly person who we learned to love and respect. She never ceased to make us laugh and we enjoyed all the times that we spent with her. The family is in our prayers.

Just returned from Wilmington late and read about Sue's passing. I would like to send my deepest sympathy to all the children and am sorry I could not be with you for the service due to a prior commitment. My love to all of you and be assured that all of you and your mother will be remembered in my prayers.

Sue was one of my best administrators, my friend, and an outstanding woman. She made my monthly trips to Charlotte and the Nalle Clinic exciting. She was tough and tender and so very effective. I will miss her.

Sue's legacy is one of joy and love. Her life and memory is a blessing to me. She knew what was important in this life and served as a roll model to those of us who were priviledged to be her friend.

I am deeply sad to hear of Suzie's death, and send heartfelt condolences to her entire family at this most difficult of times. Suzie and I were friends since the early days of grade school at Blessed Sacrament and through St. Vincent's where we shared many fun times. I consider it a priviledge to have maintained contact with and offer support to her through her recent illness.
I know the loss that you all feel and hope you may find comfort from all the happy times you shared as a close and loving family.
Be assured of my continued prayers for Suzie and all of you.

I was very sorry to hear about Suzie. I loved her very much and have many fond memories of visiting with her and Uncle EJ and Aunt Vera when I was a teenager. She was so proud of her children. I know you will miss her.
