Timothy Parker Obituary
March 31, 1954 - March 26, 2022
Waxhaw, North Carolina - Timothy Joseph Parker of Waxhaw, NC passed into eternal life on March 26, 2022, surrounded by his wife and children. He was born in Bismarck, ND on March 31, 1954. He was a graduate of Savannah High School and held a BS in Criminal Justice from Armstrong State, and a MS in Criminal Justice from UNC-Charlotte. Tim's career was Law Enforcement. He is a former Savannah Police Officer, an NCIS Agent, and retired as a Special Agent with the FBI.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents Robert Mathew Parker and Morrise Brockey Parker. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 43 years, Ruth Parker, his two children and their spouses: Daughter Katherine Kim Parker and spouse David Renzi and Son Major Timothy Parker and spouse Lee Ann Parker. Tim is also remembered by his six siblings and their spouses: Daniel and Donna Parker, Christopher and Deb Parker, Thomas and Ann Parker, Margret (Peggy) and Butch Ward, Susan Parker, Patrick and Cathy Parker. There are also many nieces and nephews that loved Tim and will miss him greatly.
Tim's family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Heritage Funeral Home, 3700 Forest Lawn Dr., Matthews, NC; from 1 – 3 PM with a short service in the chapel followed by a gathering at Mario's Italian Restaurant, 2945 Matthews Weddington Rd, Matthews, NC 28104
As an avid animal lover, the family is requesting that memorial donations may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
