Adam was one of the best people I've ever known. Always bright and courageous, he had a way of lighting up a room that made you feel welcomed and special. Like many great people, the accolades and words are woefully inadequate to capture the person. His love of adventure, passion, and leadership skills were so natural that it was hard to not take them for granted as being unique. His inclusiveness and warmth made you forget that you may have just met him minutes earlier. This was never a fickle or ingenious trait however; his friendships lasted a lifetime. It isn't a cliché to calll Adam one of the best people I've ever known, he truly was. He will be missed deeply.

I met Alo seven years ago during a special time for many of us at Camp Chi. I remember like yesterday, Alo's passion for life. I remember how he lead morning prayers before breakfast at flagpole with a loud voice and smile on his face... even before 8:00 AM. I really looked up to him. He was positive, approachable and understanding and we shared a great bond. The world lost a treasure, but his legacy will live on in some of my best childhood memories. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Roxy Silver

Looking through our old email exchanges, Every one I got from Adam was action-oriented and purposeful (and late at night). The length of Adam's smile was almost as large as his pool of creative ideas.
@al0nd0n: You will be missed, good Sir!

I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Adam several different times while I worked in Chicago. He always stood out to me as someone very intelligent, kind hearted and highly valued by those around him. I'm so very sorry for your loss and I wish you comfort and peace in knowing he is with God waiting to be reunited with you soon.
