Dr Lipskis was our family doctor as well.
They just don't make doctors like that any more! He truly did do it all. He even pierced my ears at age 12. My one fond memory,(for some odd reason)was the radio he had on a shelf that played softly while you waited to be called. I always wanted to change the station because it played music my parents listened to. Thanks for taking such great care of us. Godspeed!!

dr lipskis was our family dr from the time i was young in the 1960's until i graduated from college. he was a true family practitioner. i still remember his old school office. most of the time he had no nurse. his office opened at noon. there was a signin book at the counter with numbers. dr didn't get there until 1pm. if you came at 1, you would be #14 on the list and get in to see him at 330pm. a very interesting system to say the least. my mom worked for him before i was born. i also remember dr. making house calls to us. all in all, pretty cool and amazing as he did it all. i hope he enjoyed his retirement. dr. bill vesely, i am a dentist in ottawa il

To the Lipskis Family,
Dr. Lipkis was a very fine gentleman. He took care of our family as a doctor and knowing our family did not have much money, would on many occassions not charge us for medical services. Our prayers and thoughts are with your family and Dr. Lipskis.
