Cecilia Jourdain Obituary

Cecilia J. Jourdain, 74, of Rockford, passed away Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at 5 p.m. in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center surrounded on December 23 and 24 by her loving family. Born October 22, 1928, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Wladyslaw and Rozalia Trzyna. Survivors include her devoted husband Elmer; loving daughter, Debbie (Bud) Berger; three sons, Ronald, Jacques (Leslie) and Richard (Sharon) Jourdain; granddaughters, Michelle, Carolyn and Suzanne; grandson, Nicolas; sister, Stephanie Trzyna and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, two brothers, four sisters and two grandsons, Joel and Eric. Funeral Mass will be 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 28, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Stephen O. Folorunso officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation from 9:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday at Fitzgerald & Assoc. Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Memorials may be made to Goldie B. Floberg, P.O. Box 346, Rockton, IL 61072.
