WE LITTLE KNEW. We little knew that morning, God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, You are always by our side. So sorry to learn of Chuck's passing. My biz partner, Timothy John Niensted, AIA and I produced the working drawings for Chuck's beautiful French Style custom homes. He was a very sweet man to work with and for. He was a master of beautiful design. His dear son was Chuck's biz partner in their custom construction company. It is such a shame to loose such a special talent. Chuck was a one of a kind genius that Tim and I greatly admired and will never forget him. We miss him very much. We felt very blessed to have him in our lives. All the best and rich blessings to the entire huge family. Most Sincerely, June Helen Hanna

Charles, was a very special well accomplished man. i will never forget his kindness and casual approach to of life. we spent quality time when we could....Sundays bike rides were our day of choice. we road on average 30-50 mile rides. sometimes some friends would join us. when riding in the city we all had breakfast on rush st.
we all will miss his winning smile .....rest in the knowledge that you left be hide in your family a "PAGE " dynasty
