I worked with Chris at PPI years ago. He was a brilliant, and quite talented instructor. I know he was fighting this disease as hard as any one could possibly try. He will be sorely missed. Mike

I was deeply saddened to learn of Chris' passing. I am a longtime employee of Productivity Point, and remember Chris well from his days as a trainer here. He always had such a sunny disposition - I was blessed to have known him.
I was informed of his struggle with ALS after the news segment. Please know that he was in my prayers throughout this time, and he and his entire family will remain so.

I have not seen Chris since early grammer school and we have not been in touch, yet I think of him often- Just yesterday in-fact, when I borrowed my son's Greatest Super Hero Epic, Kingdom Come. I thought of Chris when I went to see Sin City for it was Chris that so long ago presented me wih the images in Creepy, Erie and Vampirella comics, I was awe-struck. That day I knew my love of art was my life. As I wrote to Georgia Kouis, we artists are like elephants we never forget the images and people in our lives that provide the inspiration we need to continue. I will always thank Chris in my heart. My condolences. Sincerely, Rachel Snyder

Dearest Karrie, Violette, Zoe, and the entire Frangos and Vanetos Family.
It is with great sadness to hear of the loss of Chris.
My sister (Helen) and I were former grammar school classmates of Chris at John V. LeMoyne School. For years, my sister (Helen) and I have been searching and wondering how Chris was doing but we were unble to locate him.
It is with great sadness to know that we missed the opportunity to see Chris once again after all of these years.
However, I would like to share with his family one of our most cherished memories of Chris. A memory of which to this day, I share with many friends.
At a young age, Chris was a bright entrepreneur!
We were in 8th grade when Chris decided one day to lay across our classroom's windowsill, various action comic books. At that time, the comic books each cost around 30 to 50 cents, however, Chris decided he would "rent" them out to classmates for 25 cents! Lo and behold, the classmates did rent them out! In 8th grade, Chris had developed the Blockbuster, Hollywood Video idea!
This made such a memorable impression on me that to this day whenever my family or I rent out a video, I think of Chris! Chris was an extremely bright young man and well liked by all of his classmates. He will be fondly missed.
My prayers and deepest condolences to his entire family.
Fondly,
Georgia Kouis-Fotiadis
