I knew Craig from when he was a child and young adult in Tucson. After many years, I was very pleased to see him again when my mother and I visited the family in Tulsa in recent years. He was as I remembered him, and as described by others in this book. Warm and generous in spirit, inherently a happy person, a true delight to be with. I will always remember our last conversations in his parents' home, while we petted his two happy hounds. We are all the less for his absence. My deepest sympathy to his family, who contributed so much to Craig's happiness, as he did to theirs.

Craig is our dear, dear friend. Whenever we have needed anything, Craig was always there. He was a gentle giant: generous, selfless, kind, and loving. I never saw him ruffled or out of sorts. We are profoundly saddened over his sudden and unexpected death. Our sincere condolences to his wonderful family. Our love for Craig will never die, and so Craig lives on in all of our hearts.
