Fay (Peter) Schultz, Louis Jr. (Claudia) and Fr. Thomas, the late Terry and Dawn Kujack; uncle of many. Funeral Mass Wednesday, Noon at St. Robert Bellarmine, 4646 N. Austin, Chicago.
