Mary Ellen and all the Dowdle family, I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He was such a nice man, I use to love talking to him when I would see him here in Heritage Cove. I remember the big smile he had, and especially when the Bagpiper marched down the street on his birthday. He will be missed by all who knew him. May God Bless Dave and hold him in the palm of His hands. Rest in Peace Dave.
