David Meskan Obituary
David A. Meskan, age 84, of Park Ridge, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Arlene; loving father of Robert (Donna), James (Tom Espe) and Donald (Mary); proud grandfather of Kevin and Dana; dear brother of Allen (Alice and the late Elizabeth); beloved uncle of Lisa (Bruce) Mell, David (Tracy) Meskan and Tina (Peter) Vasconcellos; and devoted companion of Barbara Sisko. A true foundry man to the end, Dave was a gentle soul who always had a story to tell. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge on Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Internment Ridgewood Cemetery. Dear Meskan family,
We were so sorry to hear about Dave. He would always pick up my father Tom and bring him to the poker club or holiday parties. He was very concerned when Tom didn't answer the phone over the course of a few hours. He drove over to Tom's to make sure he was ok. He was a very thoughtful and kind man.
