EDWARD POLLEY Obituary
Edward H. Polley. Beloved husband of the late Jo Ann Polley, nee Welsh; son of the late Sam and Anna, nee Revzin, Polley; dear father of Lisa (Ed Hernandez) Polley, and Eric (Marla) Polley; loving grandfather of Tara, Brian and Sarah; brother of the late Seymour Polley; uncle of Judy Schindell, and Michael Polley. Professor of Anatomy at the University of Illinois Medical Center for 30 years. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at 10:30 a.m., at The Piser Chapel , 9200 N Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie, IL. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society. For information, Piser Funeral Service, 847-679-4740.
