I was the Shapiro summer helper in 1966 for. Susan, Linda and Debbie. Judy wasn´t born yet. I still live near Chilton, Wi. I was going through all my picture albums from those teenage years of my life. I know it´s been such a long time ago. But it definitely was a special time spending my summer with the whole family. I did visit there only one time, with my 2 kids when they were small. Your parents were very good and generous people to know. I am saddened to have taken this long to communicate with you girls. But my thoughts now are with you all, if you happen to read this.

Gwen was a dear friend from the seventh grade through high school. Lost track during college, but saw each other when she was an occasional customer in my candy store. I remember her mom and her dad and I remember that she was the fastest 30 yard dasher in our gym class. May her memory be a blessing to all of her family. Marjorie Kaplow Kaplan
