Dr. Jacob Bernstein. Beloved husband of the late Paula Bernstein nee Pfeffer. Devoted father of Avi (Nancy) Bernstein, Dan (Marla Krupman) Bernstein and Karen (Yossi) Shoshana. Proud grandfather of Jessica, Jamie, Jordyn, Noah, Rahm and Tai. Service Friday 12 noon at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd., (at Niles Center Road) Skokie. Interment Shalom Cemetery.
