So sad to hear. Jimmy, your dad was such a big part of our entire Northfield experience, growing up with all of our parents parenting all of us. So many good times at your home (Bridlebrook?). I loved your dad's laugh (I still do a good version!) I'm crashing Sunset Ridge on Sunday to come see you, your mom, and Cyndy. Hope you don't mind. Great old stories to retell. God bless, my old friend.

Dear Cyndy and Jimmy. So sorry to hear about Jim. Him and Susie were my dear clients since they moved to Vero Beach from Chicago. We did a lot of projects together throughout the years. Our last one was Indian Trails. They became dear friends and loyal clients. My memories are very dear to me. My condolences to both of you. Georgina Alfert

Dear Cyndy and Jimmy,
Your mom and dad were a quiet and loving influence my life, especially during our high school years. They took me on spring break with you to Vero Beach to this very woodsy place that would become beautiful Indian Trails. In Chicago, I remember feeling so comfortable in your home that I doubt I even knocked before walking through the back door. Mr. Cain taught me to play cards in Lake Geneva. How many times was the motor boat key lost in the lake? Looking back on the experiences we had together Cyndy, I am so grateful to your parents for allowing us to grow up seeing life as an adventure rather than an inevitability. Mr. and Mrs. Cain were some of the most loving, fun and caring people I have ever known. Thank you for sharing your dad and mom with me and for all those good times they gave us!
With love, Melissa Lindland
