To the Orr family,
I am sending my deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you.
I was very fortunate to have been a part of moms life and I will be forever greatfull for all she has done for me through the years. Mom was a very strong person, and from what I hear was so until the very end. I am deeply saddened by the loss of such a wonderful woman, but at the same time I find comfort knowing her suffering is over.
Mom was such a tiny woman, but had so much love for all who where a part of her life. I will cherish the memories and hold them in my heart until we meet agian.
My thoughts and prayers,
Michele

I am writing this to my sisters and brothers.
Over the years I have heard this question many times. Is it harder to lose a loved one quickly or slowly? Unfortunately we now know the answer.
These last two months were in a sense bittersweet. It gave us the opportunity to get closer not only to mom, but also to each other. Mom would be proud.
I just want to thank all of you for being there for mom during this most difficult time. Mom died in peace knowing all her children were not only there for her but also there for each other.
I love you all.
Hope

I did not know Gail's mother well. However, my respect and caring for Gail dictates the same for her Mom. I know that it is true that the apple does not fall far from the tree. My prayers are with the entire family.
