Jeffrey S. Menis, age 46, beloved husband of Kathy, nee Hudgens; cherished father of Vivian and Tyler; devoted son of Shirley and the late Sheldon Menis; loving brother of Michael (Kathy) Menis and Kenneth Menis; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Chapel Service Wednesday 12:15 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home , 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Used to work with Mr. Menis a while back...I recently heard the news from a former client who also worked with Mr. Menis. I was shocked and saddened. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Mr. Menis was an amazing man, a true joy to do business with. My former boss used to always tell Mr. Menis that he looked like Barry Manilow. He was truly a great man and taken far too soon. He was so very likeable.... the kind of person that would make me want to drop everything, even when busy, to take his phone calls. I had the pleasure of being one of Jeff's customer's while he was working at Scapa. He was a great guy and sure will be missed! He always talked about you and the kids.

I’ve known Jeff since grammar school, and he was a special friend. Always Kind and Always could make you laugh.
I looked forward to the times we'd see each other at our various reunions. I am so glad that we were able to connect at our last reunion-
reminiscing about good old Washington School Days, Apollo .... Beyond a doubt, he has received his “Angel Wings” and will continue

An affable, warm, and funny guy; Jeff was a delight to work with and to be around.
