To The Snyder Family,
My heart is broken with the news of Jenny's passing. I did not know her personally, but my son did. They were friends and studied together, he would come home from your house and tell me what a good person she was to work with. I hope god will help you through this terrible time and know she will always be thought about and remembered by so many of us. God Bless You.

Bob, Michele and Brett-
You are in my thoughts and prayers this weekend after this unspeakable tragedy. May all of us who are your friends be able to, in some periperhal way, a way has no connection to the compassion a parent has for his or her child, be there to attempt to give you some comfort as you attempt to find peace. Be strong. Know you are loved... and gave Jenny a life full of love.

Although words seem to say so little, I hope they help in some small way to ease the sense of loss that you're experiencing today.
Hold fast to your memories, to all of the cherished moments of the past, to the blessings and the laughter, the joys and the celebrations, the sorrow and the tears. They all add up to a treasure of fond yesterdays that you shared and spent together, and they keep the one you loved close to you in spirit and thought.
Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy.

To the Snyder Family,
Nobody understands unless they have suddenly lost a young child the hole it leaves in your heart. I understand. Please accept my deepest sympathies and condolences on the loss of Jennifer.
There are no words to explain when life is out of order. I never knew Jennifer but I know this, she loved you all very much.
There is a story that was told to me when I lost my son about a married couple that had a beautiful and wonderful child. One day as the wife was making Shabbat dinner, she went to check on the child and found him dead in his bed. She covered the child up and soon her husband came in from work. He immediately asked where his son was and the wife responded and said, husband, I have a difficult question for you. If someone gives you a precious jewel to hold for them and one day they ask for it to be returned, what do you do? The husband without a moment of hesitation said, you must return the jewel for it is not yours. And the wife replied, God has asked for the return of our son, his jewel.
And so it is that God has asked for the return of his precious jewel, Jennifer.
May God granted the soul of Jennifer eternal peace, eternal life and eternal happiness. Amen
