Lapice, 84, United States Marine Purple Heart Korean War Veteran, beloved husband of Janice (nee Lindemann), loving father of Jill (Shawn) O'Farrell, Jerry Lapice, Jack (Judy) Lapice and Jodi (Mark) Williams; cherished grandfather of Lisa (Jarrod) Johnson, Brian (Kathy) O'Farrell, Shannon (Marco) O'Farrell, Sunni (Mark) Williams, Jamie (Will) Moore, John Rice, Randy (Taylor) Rice, Ryan Rice, Terri (Joe) Rice; great grandfather of Julia, Gavin, Brian Jr., J.P., Sean, Kalie, Payton, Joey, Ariana, Preston, Ella and Gehrig; dear brother of Virginia Peeples, Joy Albert and John Lapice; bother-in-law of Rev. The end of an era, the loss of my friend, my buddy, my classmate Jerry. We were "best man" for one another when we got married and we watched our children be born and grow up. We enjoyed a lot of good times, fun times and just camaraderie in the 70 or more years I have known him. Both avid bowlers, we kept those alley's banging and bumping thru the years and in our declining years we settled down to cards and dominoes. I will miss his friendship, laughter and the someone I could always count on to cheer me when I was down. Adios Jerry, I'll be seeing you.

Dear Janice - I was saddened to read of Jerry's death. My sympathy to you and your family. I know how it is as I lost Herb almost 7 years ago. The Hoffman family calls me the matriarch of the family since Olivia passed away a couple of years ago. I'm the only one left of my generation. I have many fond memories of your mom and dad
