Pat and Joe, I was just talking to Delores Griffin, one of our old neighbors in Casa del Sol, and asked if she had heard anything about Joe. While we were talking, I googled him, found his obituary and realized he had just passed last week. I have so many fond memories of him and wanted you to know I send heartfelt condolences.

I think often of the wonderful times your parents and mine had after a serendipitous meeting in Florida many years ago.
