Laurene Ann Kloss (nee Mager), 59 of Harwood Heights, was born on September 25, 1957 to the late Norbert F. and the late Lillian G. Mager, and passed away peacefully on February 23, 2017. Laurene was the beloved sister of Ron (Joyce) Mager. She will be missed by her close family, Jeanette (the late Donald) Wirkus; Karyn (Matt) Holtz and their children, Collin and Kelsey; Margaret (Tom) Koludrovic and their children, Jack, Katie and Maggie. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25, from 12pm until time of funeral service at 4pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Brain Tumor Association, www.abta.org. Hey Lauri!!! ( Im gonna talk just as if Lauri emailed me). How wonderful to see an email with Lauri from the funeral... how funny that is since I have been thinking of her a lot lately.... I hear this vocalist ( Adele) I believe her name is... the song sings ( someone like u). Every time I hear this song I always think of Lauri... I know when I use to talk to Lauri that she had all her cds... its just amazing even before Lauri told me this for some reason Lauri would always come to my mind.... I really really liked Lauri.... I was her neighbor for years. I always say to myself, in the next life, I really hope that I will meet her again!! I really mean this ... she was a joy to me...
A lot of history from where we lived...I dont k ow what else to add.. I still have my insurance at her State Farm business.. I just want to stay with them!! ( chuckle)... it just makes me feel good to do that .. love you Lauri and Lenny and I miss u!!!!!!

I don't even know the appropriate words to write or express my condolences. I was so saddened to hear of Laurie's passing. I will forever remember her welcoming smile and loving personality.
