Hi Terri- I'm saddened to learn of Lawre's passing. He was a humorist and lighthearted, yet brought a wealth of legal as well as historical knowledge to the Village of North Barrington's Board of Trustees. He was and will continue to be a legend of this Village, as well as of Chicago and the northwest suburbs. Peace to you and your family.

I have known LJ for the past 5 years while attending boxing classes at the Neurobalance Center. He was a kind friend and encouraged everyone in our classes. His enthusiasm and determination could be felt throughout each class. I loved listening to his life experiences in his career and with his family. He lived life to the fullest. With every right hook and uppercut I throw, it will be for you LJ.

I will forever be inspired by Lawre and his desire to stay as strong as he possibly could in order to continue his fight.
Lawres will and motivation was courageous and contagious... more than anyone I have ever worked with before.
I will share stories of my experiences with Lawre to help motivate and inspire others in need, including myself, for the rest of my days.
An incredible and beautiful man, wife and family.
Lawre, I will miss you. You will live in my heart forever.
Rest in Peace, my dear friend.

We had the pleasure of serving LJ at our Center in Barrington over the past several years. He was a true ray of sunshine and inspired so many others to fight against their autoimmune, neuromuscular or neuro degenerative conditions. We will sincerely miss him, but his spirit will always live on at NeuroBalance Center. Heaven gained an angel we were lucky to know. Rest in Peace, LJ.

I had the pleasure of LJ's company as a volunteer driver for Neurobalance. Learned so much from him about history, law and whatever subjects came up. I will miss his cheery, genuine greetings and goodbyes. I always looked forward to seeing him. What a wonderful life.
We shall not see his likes again.
RIP, LJ.
