Linda Peterson-Federman Obituary
Linda Y. Peterson-Federman, born to eternal life on Aug. 2, 2009 at the age of 36, beloved daughter of Dale and Sally Peterson; loving mother of Nathan, Kyle and Jake
Federman; dear granddaughter of Norma (the late Harry) Peterson; daughter-in-law of Harry (Mary) Federman; further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009 at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of Vigil Service at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Aug. 10, 2009 at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 1500 W. Wauwatosa Ave., Wauwatosa. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorials to Susan G. Komen for the Cure appreciated. A special thank you to all my sisters, Amy, Michel, Alma, Kim, Julie,

I was a childhood friend of Linda's and just learned of her passing. I am truly, truly saddened. With families moving, attending different schools, etc., we lost touch w/ each other but she was always one of my best friends. I wish I could have seen the lovely woman and mother that she became. Linda the news of your death came as such a shock to us! Even though we only saw you and your beautiful boys every six months, you always looked so healthy and happy despite your suffering. We at Lindenhurst Dental Health will miss your sweet smile!

Linda, we will miss you sooooo much...I promise that I will be a better mom because of you. Your devotion to your family was amazing. I have never seen a mother love her children the way you did. I will miss your beautiful face.You could light up a room with one smile..I feel like I learned so much from you..and will always remember how you never gave up hope!! You are truly an inspiration to women, mothers, everywhere. I love you Linda. and I am so sorry that you had to go through this pain the last 5 years. You were a wonderful person and I will never understand why this happened to you. I wish I could have said goodbye to you..I wish I could have hugged you one more time. I wish you could have met Kyle. I am so glad my girls got to know you, because they will be a better person from what they learned from you..I miss you already!! Love your friend,

To the Peterson family and Federman children,
Words cannot express the sadness we feel at your loss. Linda was a beautiful person, inside and out. Her bravery and courage were amazing, a source of strength and inspiration to all. We will miss seeing her and the boys at the Fitness Center. Please know you all remain in our prayers and in our hearts.
