MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF PAULA SCHMETTER HOFFMAN. MY NAME WAS ERWIN JACK LE VITT, AND
I PROBABLY KNEW PAULA LONGER THAN ANYONE ELSE. WE ATTENDED BEALE SCHOOL, IN CHICAGO'S SOUTH
SIDE TOGETHER FROM KINDERGARTEN TO 8TH GRADE, WHEN I TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SCHOOL.
I REMEMBER HER AS VERY SMART, ALWAYS PREPARED, AND WE WERE TRIPLED PROMOTED FROM 6B TO 7A
I'M SORRY THAT I LOST CONTACT WITH HER.
MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.
