Sophie Jankowski, age 85, and lifelong Evanston resident. Beloved daughter of the late John and Leokadia, nee Rychalski, Jankowski; loving sister of the late John (the late Betty), Martha (the late John) Paulinski, Ann (the late Cass) Strugielski, Hank (the late Jean), Anthony, Leo, Paul (the late April) and Phil (the late Wanda) Jankowski; dear aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 1571 Maple Ave., Evanston. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 10 a.m., at St. Mary Church, Lake Street and Oak Avenue, Evanston.
