I am Stevens daughter Hannah, and would just like to thank you for all of your prayers. I'm sure all of you know how great of a brother, uncle, son, husband, father, co-worker and overall person he was. As my mom and I know first hand, he is and will always be dearly missed.

Dear Sarah and Hannah - I just found out today. I am totally shocked. He was such a nice and loving man - so great to talk to each night when he would pick Hannah up from day care at my mom's. You both are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was a shock to me when i heard about the passing away of Steve. I had the good fortune of working with him for four months in 2008 and he was a wonderful human being. May God grant him the choicest place in heaven.
