Susan Sauder

Sauder, Susan (nee Kraeplin) Sauder 64, of Antioch passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Susan grew up in Barrington, IL where she graduated from high school and later moved to Cary, IL. She was employed by General Kinematics for twelve years and Discover Card for twenty-two years. Susan will be remembered for her infectious smile, her love of gardening, cooking, and traveling, as well as her love of animals there was never a cat that couldn't make her smile. Sue had a wonderful sense of humor and an ability to make everyone around her laugh. She is survived by her companion Robert, her daughter Melissa (Michael), and her sister Patricia (Ronald). She is also survived by her nephew Christopher (Allison) and their four children Abigail, Emily, Katherine, and Jacob, and great-nephew, Matthew. Susan was preceded in death by her parents Eleanor and Arnold, as well as her niece, Catherine. A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 6th at the Congregational Church of Algonquin 109 Washington St. Algonquin, IL 60102 to be followed by a luncheon celebrating her life.
