Todd was one of the most authentically kind-hearted and gracious
people I have ever met. I realize people often say nice things about someone once they have passed, but since I've known Todd - I have said to many how absolutely fond of Todd I am. And to no surprise, EVERYONE AGREED he was a GREAT MAN. Now that's hard to come by. You can usually guarantee that there will be somebody with something negative to say, but in Todd's case there was no one! I worked with Todd at the CBOT. I didn't use him as my broker until Joe Bieda introduced me to him. Joe said he's a great guy, smart guy and had a real understanding of options. I needed Greeks from Todd, and even though I was still using my original soybean broker, and not using Todd YET- he would still help me out every day. Never once complained and didn't expect anything in return. I started slowly giving him business, and then couldn't help but to give him all of my soybean option business. He absolutely won me over with his work ethic, his knowledge, his clerk Brian, their great service. I know first hand he was a great friend and a great broker; and as often as he spoke of his gorgeous kids and wife, I believe he was a wonderful father and husband....first and foremost. Todd was a great person and will forever be missed. Thank you Todd, for EVERYTHING! I am praying for your family, and will be here if they need anything.
My deepest condolences ~ Kim DeCarlo (312-504-1378)

We did not work closely together, but Todd was always there to answer a question, offer his help. Too few of his caliber on the trading floor. My heartfelt condolences to his family. Mary Ann Jablonski

Todd was a great guy.
I enjoyed working with and for him. He treated everyone with dignity.
What will I remember:
I will remember listening to him when the market was slow, sharing stories of his family (his pride and joy)
His recipes (he enjoyed cooking for his family and sharing ideas)
When market conditions permitted he would give me the newspaper so I could copy the JUMBLE (word game) for several in the pit to play. Sometimes he would add different letters to confuse those that finished too fast. (his sense of humor)
His stories of late nights at Whole Foods and the family Fish Boils he enjoyed.
I will remember Todd.
He will be missed.

Todd was my contact on the phone in Chicago and we spent countless hours chatting whilst waiting for orders and fills. Way over-qualified for that task he moved on but was always available to help or explain my queries.

Such a tragic loss for his family, my heart goes out to them. I can only offer my most sincere condolences.
