Martin Gross was a good and dear friend. We shared a lot of good times at Amherst as members of Psi U.
fraternity life. He had a wonderful dry sense of humor

Martin became an indelible part of the lives he touched. He was tenacious, brilliant, loyal and not a little bit dogmatic. He gave to his community generously of his considerable leadership abilities. Martin was a GREAT friend - my BEST friend. It will be lonely here without him.

My condolences to Lavina, Allison and Jeffery for their sad loss.
