Jeanette and Wesley,
I was sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I always enjoyed her visits to Aunt Ruth. Her Christmas letters were so colorful. She was a true friend to my dad and mom.

Dear Jeanette,Wes and families,
We were sorry to hear of Aunt Janes' death. She certainly was a wonderful person and I loved her very much.
I remember her working for E.J.and living in Endicott,NY. We would go pick her up on Friday night to come home for the weekend. There Was a "Pat Mitchell" ice cream parlor on the corner near where she lived and we often stopped for an ice cream cone on our way home. We also took her back to Endicott after supper at Grandma Ruth's house.
After she and Uncle Charles were married and moved to CA, we then enjoyed those great letters that she was "famous" for. The many trips from CA back "home" to visit over the years built wonderful memories of all you folks. It was around this time when our tradition of the annual "Upham Family Reunion" began.
Aunt Jane will be missed but never forgotten by all her family.
Love, John Richard and Jane Upham

Dear Jeanette, Wes, and families,
We just wanted to let you know that we are sorry for the loss of your Mother and Grandmother.
She was a wonderful woman, and I too remember well those birthday cards and letters. I am also especially grateful for the time we were able to spend with her during those last visits to PA.
Although we cannot physically attend the viewing and funeral services, we hope to impart genuine care, concern, and love to you all through our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Abby Upham Jones and family

Dear Jeanette, Wesley, and families, Our sympathies in the loss of your mother. I'll always remember the joy of opening the mailbox on my birthday and getting a letter from "Aunt Jane in California." Every year it was an interesting, personal letter of 6 pages or so in her neat cursive hand-writing. I know I really enjoyed those letters, and greatly appreciated her time and efforts to keep in touch over the years and miles. She was an amazing woman, dedicated to staying close to her entire family. We'll all miss her.
Love, Becky
