SHARON GUZMAN-MIX Obituary
Sharon Guzman-Mix, 63, of Oroville, died on Dec. 12, 2011, in Redding, CA. She was born in Oroville on Dec 3, 1948.
Sharon was an ongoing student of early childhood development at Butte College and worked 22 years for B.C.O.E. She was dedicated to Native American programs and agencies.
Survivors include three daughters, Stephanie Marie Allen, Ginara Star Guzman and Sholaia Dawn Guzman; eight grandchildren, Shawneya Hedrick, Latisha Rene Hedrick, Genae Diane Hopkins, Jayda Akara Guzman Alexis Marie Zavala, Alejandro Robles, Ana Elena Robles and Gabriella Robles. For 25 years Sharon was married to Miguel R. Gonzales.
A Wake will be held Friday, Dec. 16, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. and continues until the Funeral Service on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Both will be held at the Holy Temple Church at 4290 VC Rd.. Oroville.
