Survivors include husband, Dean Webster of Cedar Key; father, John Kowalski, sons, Jae Halbohm of Spring Hill and Joshua Halbohm of Sarasota.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 in the chapel of Knauff Funeral Home, Chiefland.
Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home Chiefland.
