Pamela Nance Obituary
Pamela Dian (DuPrez) Nance passed away Feb. 23, at the age of 72. She was born March 20, 1948, in Baytown, Texas. She attended the University of Texas in Austin, and was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. In 1991, Pamela moved to Colorado City, Colo., where she met her loving husband of 20 years, William DuPrez. She was a member of the Pueblo Historical Society. Pam retired from the United States Postal Service after 25 years of service. Pam and Bill retired to Mena, Ark., living on her beloved "Red Roof Ranch" where she worked at the Son Lighters card shop, and was a member of the Polk Country Cattleman Association. In 2018, they moved to Glendo, Wyo. Pamela was always an active member in her community church, loved to sing and was known for her kind and compassionate spirit making friends everywhere she went. Pamela is survived by her husband, William DuPrez; her brother, Frank C. Nance II (Mary); nieces, Emily Rostad (Clarence) and Linsey Sefcovic (Justin); and five great-nephews, all of Windsor, Colo.; stepson, Scott Cooper (Ann Spangler); and grandchildren, Eleanor, Hollis and Coeta, all of Pueblo West, Colo; as well as her friend, Karma Bright of Pueblo, Colo. A memorial service is planned for a later date in Glendo, Wyo. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Glendo Volunteer Ambulance, P.O. Box 404, Glendo, WY 82213.

Bill, Frank & Mary,
If I ever find a phone number for any of ya'll I will call. I am still so surprised tht Pam died so young. I would never have imagined this happening. Bill, I am so sorry ya'll didn't have more time together. Love to all, Marilyn

Dear Bill & Frank. My daughters just sent me the news of Pams' passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. I am having a hard time accepting that Pam has passed already. She was too young. Please tell me why she died. I am befuddled. And why they moved to Wyoming. We had lots of good times way back when. She had lots of good attributes. She was always a hard worker. Oh my goodness but I find this so hard to accept. She was too young.
