Gary Shoemaker Obituary
BAINBRIDGE: Gary Eugene Shoemaker, 69, of Harris Station Road, Bainbridge, Ohio, died 6:05 p.m. Saturday 28 September 2013 at his residence.
He was born 20 September 1944 in Chillicothe, Ohio the son of the late Clifford Pete Shoemaker and Virginia (Holton) Shoemaker.
On 5 October 1963 he was united in marriage to Patricia Ann (Fields) Shoemaker, who survives.
Gary is survived by son, Chris Shoemaker and wife, Jennifer; two daughters, Sonja Sorenson and husband, James and Tammy Shoemaker all of Bainbridge, nine grandchildren, Brooke, Adam, Andrew, Matt, Megan Pratt and husband, Jordan, Shelby, Savanah, Chase and Alex; brother, Wayne Shoemaker and wife, Tonya, Waverly; two sisters, Barbara Sue Gragg and husband, Buddy and Geraldine Kellough and husband, Garry both of Chillicothe special sister-in-law, Alice Ferrell, Stuart, Florida and special friends, Lou and Connie Watson and Darold and Janie Grubb.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Garland Eugene Shoemaker; and mother and father-in-law, Earl and Esther Fields
Gary attended Bethel Chapel Christian Union Church on Windy Ridge, Chillicothe, Ohio and was a retired Pulp Mill Operator for Mead Corporation.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, 4 October 2013, at the Bethel Chapel Christian Union Church on Windy Ridge with Rev. Lou Watson Officiating.
Burial will follow in Twin Twp. Cemetery, Bourneville, Ohio.
Friends may call at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME, Waverly, 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.

May God bless you and your family in this time. I know it has only been a short time since Gary has passed but he is so remembered, I loved the time we spent together when he and Patricia would come to visit us in Florida. It was always a good time. He is truly missed.
