Tammy J. Hale

FRANKFORT : Tammy J. Hale, 48, of Frankfort, died 9:06 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

She was born June 20, 1969 in Chillicothe to Charles J. Sr. and Glenna J. Kight Smalley. She was married to Timmy D. Hale who survives.

In addition to her father are children, Tyler James and Ashley Dawn Wilson, both of Frankfort; stepchildren, Craig, Chelsea, and Cyle; grandsons, Carter James Lee Wilson and Maxwell James Jackson Tate; three sisters, Amy, Tobie and Carmen; two brothers, Jimmy (Lynn) Smalley and Garry Speakman. She was predeceased by her mother, Glenna Smalley.

Tammy was a retired LPN.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. She was a true and loyal friend and will be loved and missed by many.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME 121 W. Second St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
