Wanda Murray Obituary
CHILLICOTHE: Wanda C. Murray, 74, of Chillicothe, died 5:50 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
She was born August 9, 1937, in Ross County, to the late William L. and Evelyn Brannan Limle. On June 5, 1954, she married David T. Murray who survives. Also surviving are children, David A. Murray and his companion, Teresa L. Howard, both of Chillicothe and Cheryl E. Murray and companion, Jennifer Hoover, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Bryan (Sara) Murray, of Hancock, MI, Bradley Murray, of Columbus, OH and Paul David Fairbanks, of Portland, OR; brothers, Donald Edward Limle, of Winston-Salem, NC and Anthony (Donna) Limle, of Chillicothe; sisters, Helen Melton, of Hallsville and Faith Limle and partner Betty Norz, both of Plain City; a sister-in-law, Martha Limle, of Largo, FL; an aunt, Barbara Oates, of California; numerous nieces and nephews; many special friends; and also her faithful companion, "Bear", her dog. She was predeceased by a brother, Norman Limle and a sister-in-law, Jill Limle.
Wanda was a member of Hilltop Mission Church. She had worked at various beauty shops as a Beautician for 40 years. Wanda volunteered for Scioto Township Emergency Squad #1200 and the Ross County Board of Elections. She was a member of the American Legion Post 62 Auxiliary and F.O.E. Aries 600 and was involved in the Navy Petty Officer Club and AMVETS Auxiliary.
The family would like to thank the staffs of the Adena Regional Medical Center's I.C.U., E.R. and 2-A for the loving care that they extended to Wanda and our family during this difficult time.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Jared McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at Ware's from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Ann & I have lost a treasured friend in Wanda. We will both miss her and the good times we shared together.
